We founded Garden State Eldercare in response to the increasing need for dependable, high quality, comprehensive programs of care and services for the elderly. Our company is owned and managed by us: elder care professionals with more than 25 years of health care experience in a variety of hospital, corporate health care and nonprofit settings. We know that the right home care services improve quality of life for the elderly, their families and the community at large. Prior to forming Garden State Eldercare, Kerry Boland was employed as Director of Operations for Senior Bridge (NY), a New York City-based company; as Quality Management Coordinator for Oxford Health Plans; and as a staff nurse at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Ethan Kassel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Geriatric Care Management. Prior to forming Garden State Eldercare, he was employed as Director of Client Services for Senior Bridge (NY & NJ), as Geriatric Care Manager for Second Family Caregivers in New Jersey; and as Medical Social Worker for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Mr. Kassel is member of the Aging Life Care Association and served as  President for the New Jersey chapter.
